shrimps 12x each way
situps 12x
tire pull approx. 1/4 mile:
forward 100 steps, backward 25 steps
forward 100 steps, sidestep 25 steps each way
forward 100 steps, carioca 25 steps each way
forward 100 steps, sideways running 25 steps each way

Friday, 8/22, 1 hour:
In college, I participated in a little game where we did a shot of beer a minute for an hour (I only did it once). Sounds simple, but is more difficult that it would appear to be. I got this idea from that:
9 pushups/minute for 20 minutes
8 pushups/minute for 40 minutes
total: 500 pushups in 1 hour |
